Mortgage Banking Licensing Exception
It is important, in the home buying process, to be an informed consumer. In an effort to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, Land Mortgage only employs qualified mortgage professionals that undergo an extensive background search. As a company, Land Mortgage is an FHA Non-Supervised, Direct Endorsement Lender. This means that we meet the Federal Housing Administrations net worth, experience, and quality requirements to be fully delegated to lend on government loans. The State of Texas recognizes that Lenders who meet this standard not only meet all of the State requirements for Mortgage Lending, but also meet the high standards set forth by our Lending Partners and Warehouse Banks. Due to our approval status with the various Agencies, Lenders, and Banks, Land Mortgage is allowed to enjoy a State Licensing Exemption. This exemption allows our Loan Officers not to be individually licensed by the State of Texas; however, they must meet our stringent employment requires.
